Because insurance coverage can vary widely depending on your plan and provider, the best way to understand what applies to you is to check your benefits or reach out directly. We’re always happy to help you explore your options in a clear, supportive way.

If we’re not currently in-network with your insurance, many clients are still able to use their benefits through out-of-network reimbursement.

Working with private pay allows therapy to remain flexible, individualized, and client-centered—without session limits or diagnostic restrictions imposed by insurance.

If you choose to self-pay:

• You may request a superbill (itemized receipt)

• This can be submitted to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan

Many clients are surprised to learn that their insurance covers a portion of therapy even when the provider is out-of-network.

To make this process easier, we partner with Thrizer, a service that helps clients check and use out-of-network benefits more seamlessly—often allowing you to pay closer to an in-network rate, without managing insurance paperwork yourself.
